MYBAT PRO and Mybat offer a limited lifetime warranty on many of its products, such as cases, tempered glass and charging solutions. Some exclusions may apply, such as bluetooth, smart watches, power banks and older generation accessories. The products that include lifetime warranty cover manufacturer defects and unexpected damages within a reasonable period due to quality control. A reasonable period varies depending on the purchase date and is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to honor the warranty upon review of the claim submission. If the product is purchased from an unauthorized reseller, or a counterfeit product, the warranty is voided and not applicable. To verify if the location from where you purchased the product is an authorized reseller, please contact MYBAT PRO and Mybat is only responsible for its products and does not cover any other brands or the device itself, such as phones, tablets, or any other electronic devices. For products not included with lifetime warranty, there is a standard 1-Year manufacturer defect warranty available.

It is important to note that accidental damage from drops, installation failure, normal wear and tear etc. caused as a result of the owner are not covered under this warranty. All claim submissions are subject to review and additional information may be requested including but not limited to proof of damage and return of the defective product. All notifications regarding warranty claims will be sent via email, whether approved or denied. If the claim is approved, a replacement of equal or greater value will be shipped via US Mail. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling fee for all product replacements, which ranges from $5.95 to $7.95 depending on the product and its release date.
